The good news:Â Shipping in the U.S is free!
We use USPS Standard or Priority shipping to get your Airthreads products to you quickly. At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping and we do not ship via UPS or FedEx.Â
Final Sale items are not custom-made-to-order. These are standard size items that are ready to ship within 3-5 days.Â
You will receive a tracking number in your email inbox as soon as your package goes out.
We ship to the United States only.

Returns and exchanges
Airthreads custom made-to-order is shutting down. All orders and shirts on sale since Jan 19,2026 are FINAL SALE.
Orders placed on or after Jan 19, 2026 are Final Sale and not eligible for any returns for refunds or exchanges.
Orders placed before Jan 19, 2026 are eligible for a refund on up to 2 shirts per customer on the customers 1st order per our pre-Jan 19 2026 policy outlined below:Â
We want you to love your Airthreads shirts, and we understand that it occasionally takes a 2nd try to get things just right!
Every customer is entitled to a full refund or exchange/remake on 2 unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags attached within 60 days. Instead of a refund on your 1st shirt, we encourage you to try our complimentary exchange/remake for a different size or style as there is no downside for you.

As every shirt is custom-made just for you by independent artisan tailors, we do NOT offer unlimited returns. There are limits that we have outlined below.
- Every customer is entitled to 2 free remakes/exchanges OR refunds on up to 1 shirt that is unworn & unwashed with original tags attached. The idea behind this is to give you the opportunity to try 1 shirt for fit, fabric etc. to try our products risk-free. You can use the remake (1st complimentary option) in case you need some fit adjustments. And if you are still not satisfied, you can use the refund (2nd & final complimentary option) to return the remade shirt.
- After your 2nd item exchange or refund, we do not offer order modifications or cancellations (for shirts that have already gone into production), returns for refunds, or complimentary remakes. Once your order has moved into production, the costs of making the shirt to your custom size are already incurred as the tailor cuts the fabric and starts working on your shirt. To avoid unnecessary fees, we recommend buying 1 shirt first to ensure your satisfaction with the fit etc. Once your fit is in our system, every shirt will always be made to your unique fit. Every. Single. Time.
- New customers, please note if you order 4+ non-final sale shirts in your 1st order to avoid charging you unnecessary fees (we hate doing that!), we put large orders on-hold and send you 1 shirt first. This is so that you can experience your 1st shirt with peace of mind. Please check your emails as we send important notifications at regular intervals!
- After your 2nd shirt return or remake, e.g if you wish to have a 3rd shirt made in a different size, we kindly request that you gift or donate the item on your end as we cannot refund or remake it. Please place a new order for this shirt in the updated size you need.Â
- Shipping charges: If you paid for shipping, we cannot refund shipping charges.
- Final Sale - Any item that is designated as final sale is sold as is, and is not eligible for return, whether for exchange or remake or refund. Final sale items cannot be combined with any other deals or offers. Any product marked as "Final Sale" is excluded from our storewide policy of 2 free returns OR exchanges OR 4+ order hold policy.
- If we shipped your items to the address you provided and they are returned to sender (us) because the address was incorrect, we cannot refund you your order. If you know you need a shipping address update before your item has shipped, simply email us at help@air-threads.com and we can update your order with the correct shipping address. Thanks so much!

Our design team, business operations, and customer support are based in California.
Our shirts are cut and sewn by independent shirt makers based in India.
Fabrics are sourced by these independent shirt makers from all over the world e.g. Europe for European flax linen, India for Cotton etc.

Most of the pattern/prints & checks are "limited edition". Once they are sold out we don't get the identical pattern back in stock 😢. So, if you see something you like, get it before it is gone!
To check if something that is sold out might still be available in your size, check out this SALE collection page. It has 1 or 2 of the sold out items in very specific sizes.
We do keep adding new & interesting patterns!
NOTE: The solid colors and linen shirts do get restocked regularly. So, check back for these.
